Phil Collins released his newest album, Going Back, a collection of Motown classics and his first album in eight years. The track listing includes 2 songs written by Carole King and Gerry Goffin - the title song, "Going Back", and "Some of Your Lovin'".

Collins said the idea behind the album was "not to bring anything 'new' to these already great records, but to try to recreate the sounds and feelings that I had when I first heard them. Also known as "The Funk Brothers", they are the session musicians who played together on several Motown recordings from 1959 until 1972.
